Account Supervisor

Overview:

We need a highly organized and detailed Account Supervisor to manage and lead a team of Account Executives, while not being afraid to jump in and get their hands dirty. This is a truly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment where you’ll have the chance to be a part of something from the ground up. 

Your day to day:

  • Oversee a team of Account Executives focusing to deliver best-in-class experiential marketing solutions
  • Provide production and execution expertise for events
  • Manage multiple experiential marketing disciplines and programming
  • Provide creative ideas and support for promotional programs and ensure the smooth development and flawless execution of promotions (e.g. sweepstakes, contests, offers, etc.)
  • Develop, manage and reconcile complex program budgets and contracts
  • Anticipate client needs and provide strategic support
  • Develop and effectively deliver strategic, professional and memorable marketing presentations
  • Provide direct reports with regular and comprehensive direction and real-time coaching
  • Travel for client meetings, onsite production and event execution will be required, including weekends

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of industry experience
  • Experience in event and experiential marketing
  • Fulfillment experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to successfully build client relationships and manage multiple client contacts and projects simultaneously
  • Experience managing multiple direct reports
  • High initiative and work ethic
  • Ability to prioritize and organize complex details of multiple programs
  • Effective problem solving skills, stressing client service
  • Strong organization and time management skills

Account Executive

Overview:

Our team is looking for an Account Executive to help develop and execute marketing and promotional programs. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, a natural self-starter and solution oriented; someone who wants to help build this program from the ground up. 

Your day to day:

  • Execute and manage programs and deadlines daily, ensuring quality work is provided
  • Provide creative ideas and support for promotional programs and ensure the smooth development and flawless execution of promotions (e.g. sweepstakes, contests, offers, etc.)
  • Think differently, challenge convention and find break-through events and tactics to execute
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients vendors and other internal teams. You’ll take an active part in weekly conference calls and meetings with clients. You will present yourself as a partner to the client.
  • Assist with the development and management of program budgets
  • Monitor program progress and recommend adjustments as necessary
  • Create and maintain meeting agendas, status documents, and conference reports
  • Develop and maintain program/project timelines
  • Willingness to travel for events and promotional events (about 20-30% of your time)

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years industry experience including event execution
  • Experience working within sports, entertainment or music is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

Promotions Manager

Omnicom Experiential Group is opening an office in Los Angeles to support our new client and we’re looking for people who want to make an impact and be part of something new and different.

Overview:

Our team is looking for a Promotions Manager to develop and manage our sales promotion programs. This position works directly with our clients and Internal teams and manages promotional programs including administration and fulfillment from start to finish. We need someone who has experience in the promotions space, is very detailed, thrives on collaboration, and is solution-oriented.

Your day to day:

  • Provide client service and serve as in-house expert for Internal teams
  • Possesses a thorough understanding of sales promotion, administration, and fulfillment for tactics including sweepstakes, contests, rebates, incentives, offers etc. and/or other promotional programming, as well as demonstrates proven ability to translate assignments into official promotion rules and regulations
  • Execute and administer sales promotion programs from start to finish. Assist clients in improving promotional offerings by identifying and presenting new tactics and prizing concepts for clients in regulated and non-regulated industries. May participate in promotional-driven event execution
  • Develop official promotion rules, regulations, terms and conditions for a wide variety of promotions
  • Work with legal resources to finalize official promotion rules for compliance with applicable local, state, and federal, U.S. laws and regulations
  • Possess a broad understanding of bonding and registration of sales promotions in the U.S.
  • Possess a broad understanding of the media used to promote sales promotions and data-collection processes including website, print, social media, electronic, direct mail, retail, etc.
  • Facilitate the fulfillment process, including budgeting and prize acceptance documentation (includes winner selection, winner notification, winner confirmation, development of prize acceptance documents, work with procurement or other teams for prize procurement, and shipment of prizes)
  • Partner with outside vendors/resources to develop and execute fulfillment tasks related to the assigned promotions

What we need from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Journalism, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or consumer promotions/fulfillment; experience with an agency is highly desirable
  • Possess an advanced understanding of sales promotional tactics, including sweepstakes, contests, rebates, incentives, offers and other promotional programming.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of domestic retail, web, social, and text message promotion laws and regulations and an awareness of issues associated with promotional marketing.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness; ability to think outside of the box and provide creative, flexible solutions for clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Web Producer

Overview:

As a Web Producer you will guide projects from client-approval through completion, clarifying requirements, managing deadlines and budgets, maintaining communication between all team members, coordinating deliverables across groups, and creating web-based content for our clients.

You will work closely with Account, UX, Creative, Strategy, and Development team(s) to ensure the project is on schedule, within scope and produced to the highest quality.

The ideal candidate has experience applying agile project management methodologies in a fast-paced agency environment as well as strong familiarity with producing web content using CMS platforms.

Your day to day:

  • Work with account teams and clients to outline project goals, deliverables.
  • Maintain & update web content using a WordPress platform.
  • Provide web analytics reporting to stakeholders.
  • Guide projects to ensure the strategic and creative goals are met.             
  • Create and manage project timelines, backlogs, schedules and budgets.
  • Anticipate project issues (e.g. budget, resource availability) and proactively escalate as needed.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to stakeholders.
  • Complete post-project evaluations to assess the results that were achieved.
  • Keep geographically separated project teams informed, motivated, and on track.
  • Must be enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work easily with others.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.
  • Lead and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
  • Work with the team to define project scope and provide pricing estimates.

What we need from you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing interactive/mobile projects and leading project teams.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience using web-based CMS platforms.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Degree in CS or Business Systems a plus.
  • Deep understanding of web development process.
  • Basic proficiency with HTML/CSS preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using agile project management methodologies and tools.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and be able to self-educate.
  • Ability to create user flows and wireframes
  • Function independently with general supervision.
